Electronic Scales ACS-32: User Guide and Troubleshooting

Welcome! In this article, we will take a closer look at the ACS-32 electronic scales, which can weigh up to 35 kg with an accuracy of 5 grams. These scales are equipped with a convenient LCD display with green backlight and a tare function. They are reliable in operation at temperatures from -10°C to +40°C, and their platform is made of stainless steel for durability and easy maintenance. To save energy, the scales automatically switch to sleep mode when not in use. A calibration mode is also available for professionals, accessible from the keyboard.

Fixing ACS-32 Scale Issues (30 kg, 35 kg) Yourself

Even reliable equipment can occasionally malfunction. Don't worry—some issues with your ACS-32 scales can be resolved on your own. Here are some common situations and how to fix them:

Power indicator is off

Check the following:

  1. Power cord is not connected.
  2. Poor plug contact with the outlet.
  3. Damaged power cord.
  4. Blown fuse.

Solution: a. Try replacing the power cord. b. Replace the fuse if necessary.

"Lb" appears on the screen with an alarm, then scales turn off

This error usually relates to power issues:

  1. Low battery charge.
  2. Prolonged use without recharging.

Solution: a. Charge the battery for 7 hours. b. Check if the power adapter is working properly.

Weight readings are unstable

This could be caused by:

  1. Low battery or moisture inside the unit.
  2. Loose connector between the weighing platform and the main unit.

Solution: a. Charge the battery for 7 hours. b. Check and, if needed, replace the connection cable.

"FULL" appears on screen with an alarm

This indicates a connection problem:

  1. Poor connection between the platform and the main unit.
  2. Broken cable between the platform and the main unit.

Solution: a. Inspect the cable for damage and ensure secure connections.

Scales show incorrect weight (too high or too low)

This may be due to:

  1. Loose connection between the platform and the main unit.
  2. Incorrect calibration.

Solution: a. Check the connection cable and reconnect properly. b. Calibrate the scales (see instructions below).
